Australia is one of the greatest sporting nations in the world.  We play or watch just about every type of Sport known to man including a few rather unusual pursuits i.e. goanna tossing?   Sport is inbred in us all. Spectator sports may focus more on football and cricket but participating sports generally always involve water.  Swimming with dolphins, porpoises and sharks is a relatively recent activity that is now being offered by a number of oceanariums around Australia e.g. the Pet Porpoise Pool in Coffs Harbour which includes an hour and a half of fun and frivolity with these marvelous water creatures.
